🔹 Competitive Tier: Tier 2
🔹 Age Requirement: 16+
🔹 Activity Level: Must be active in leagues such as ESEA Advanced, ESL Challenger, or similar
🔹 Goals: Aiming for LAN appearances, playoff runs, and upward trajectory
🔹 Professionalism: Must be coachable, mature, and brand-conscious
