These Terms explain the ground rules for using zomblers.com and the public services linked from it. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
Site purpose
Zomblers.com shares club news, teams, players, matches, streams, partners, community information, and esports history. Schedules, rosters, results, statistics, and links may change as competitions and third-party platforms update their information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Club content and trademarks
Unless otherwise identified, the Zomblers name, logos, original graphics, written material, and site presentation belong to Zomblers LLC. Game names, league marks, team marks, player images, platform marks, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Personal, non-commercial sharing is welcome when it does not imply endorsement or ownership.
Third-party services
The site links to services such as FACEIT, Twitch, Discord, social platforms, tournament organizers, sponsors, shops, and donation providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Zomblers is not responsible for third-party availability, content, transactions, or security.
Donations and purchases
Any donation, merchandise purchase, subscription, or other transaction completed through a third-party provider is also governed by that provider’s checkout terms, refund rules, and payment policies. Review them before completing a transaction.
No guarantee
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site operational, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every schedule, score, statistic, roster, or external link will always be complete or current.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zomblers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on site information, or interaction with a third-party service.
Privacy and conduct
Use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.
Changes and questions
We may update these Terms when the site or club changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Questions may be sent through the official Zomblers community or social channels linked on this site.
